Setup a Computer Centre at Corporation Girls High School, Saidapet in association with Ford Business Service Center, 15 computers, tables, chairs, air-conditioners and other items were provided. The center was inaugurated by Mr. Sumito Mulchandani, M.D. of Ford Business Service Center P Ltd.

Computer Training to 20 girls  at Obul Reddy Vocational Training Institute, Andhra Mahila Sabha, Mylapore.

All are now employed with salaries ranging from Rs.1,500/- to Rs. 4,000/- pm.

Air-conditioning and Refrigeration mechanics course with Anna University. 30 persons trained. Annual programme for over 15 years.

Provided food for 200 cancer patients of Dharmasala, for a day

Medical Camp for the visually impaired,
with Kanch Sankara  Foundation
Conducted 9 Medical Camps - About 1,500 persons screened - Medicines provided 25 free eye surgeries performed at Sankara Nethralaya under the Continuous Vision Care programme, started in 1993-94

 Donated 10 Calipers through MUKTI.

Notebooks and footwear donated to 200 students of Tambaram Municipal School.

A 2-day RYLA  Camp for 61 girls from Saidapet Corporation Girls Higher Secondary School conducted at SIRD Campus.

A one - day RYLA Camp held for 100 Girls of Corpn. Girls Higher Secondary School, Saidapet at the school premises.

Charter presented by DG JB Kamdar on 4th June,2007. Rtn. Jayaraman and Rtn. Kannan made it possible to charter the Club in a very short time.
